Me Again!

I love tags, I don't do them often, but I think they are a great way to get to know people. I have been tagged a few different times by various friends, so I thought I'd take a minute and talk about me. Hmmmm.

10 years ago I...
1. Living back at home with the rents.
2. Working at Jones Paint and Glass.
3. Dating a Springville City officer who had commitment issues.
4. Working out every day after work.
5. Trying to keep up with Andrea Dobson when we'd go hiking every weekend in Zions.

5 Things on today's "to do" list...boring, I know-how about tomorrows?
1. Wake up. It might be hard, I'm not feeling well.
2. work
3. Order fabric for the window seat in the home I'm decorating.
4. Figure out my finances...scary
5. pick up Ali and Rylee (the cute neighbor) from their first day at cheer camp!

5 things I would do if I were a millionaire...
1. Pay off Melissa's house
2. Pay off my home and my cars- and that dinky little credit card I keep for "emergencies" (Bordum has become an emergency lately. )
3. Start my own design and decor business
4. See the world with Jon
5. stay out of debt

5 places I have lived...
1.) Springville
2.) Oregon
3.) Vernal
4.) Sandy
5.) Provo

5 jobs I have had...
1.) My favorite- being a mom!
2.) Whitewater
3.) Jones Paint and Glass
4.) Mountain West Jewelers
5.) Western Living Furniture

I tag...Melissa, Kara, Mary, Valerie, and Kyndi

Rules: Each player answers the question themselves. At the end of the post the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blog and leaves them a comment letting them know that they've been tagged and asking them to read your blog. Let the person that tagged you know when you've answered the questions on your blog.

And the other "tag" I was given was to name 6 "quirks" about me- little known facts...ha! Everyone knows everything about me! But we'll try, I think I've even done this one before...

1. I can't make a new mess without first cleaning up the one there. I made cookies today, but had dishes in the sink already. Even though there would be more dishes after I made cookies, I had to do the ones in the sink before I could start.

2. I hate dirty floors. I think it's so gross to walk on a floor that has crap on it, especially bare footed. I always wear socks in my house- but I rarely leave anything on the floor. Even if I might be late for work, the floors are swept.

3. I won't drink the last little bit of the milk. I think stuff probably settles in the bottom of the jug, and I'm not going to be the one to ingest it.

4. I get anxiety at night. Everything scares me, especially walking upstairs when the lights downstairs are out. I can imagine the most awful things and they seem so real to me. One night our neighbors horn went off on an old truck of his. It was like 11pm, and he had his music up loud in his house and couldn't hear it going off...30 minutes it went off! I called the police cause I was sure someone had crashed into a telephone pole and died a bloody death, with their head against the steering wheel, thus making the horn got off...luckily not the case.

5. I am horrible with math. That explains a lot of things- my inability to double recipes without totally screwing them up, my checking account...

6. I have a selective photographic memory. It selects, not me. I only remember the things I don't need to remember...as plain as if they were happening right now...but the things I should remember I forget totally.

What can I say? I've had enough about me, haven't you?

You always make me laugh! Well I just re-tagged you, so ignor that. I will try to get around to the 10 year thing (if I can even remeber what I was doing *grin*)
I live in Oregon, which I see you once lived here too. I love it! it is beautiful and since we live in a quiet, small town, I like it even better. I could never live in Portland, but it's fun to go there for dates. As always, good to hear from you!

I hear ya on the night issue. Night time creeps me out too. My kids know they need to turn on lights before they wake up in the night. It isn't pretty when I feel a tap on my face and someone is saying my name. Not fun.
