I MADE IT!!!

I had such a fun holiday- and I hope everyone else did too. I knew it would take everything in me to manage to get all the way through- and it really did. I have been so tired and achey- but I did it! I made it all the way through! We were so busy! Looking back on everything we accomplished in December, it's a wonder I kept going! I have to say though, my husband is the whole reason. He was so kind, so careful and so good to me despite my being stressed out and ronchy. That, and the fact that I made the goal early to keep a good attitude, and to only do as much as I could...

For new years, we have a tradition of Chinese food with the Faireys. This year was no exception, and I wish I would have brought my camera to the restaraunt. It was so funny! We invited the Frews along, so we ended up having 8 kids and 6 adults. So, instead of trying to seat everyone with their families, we made the kids sit together at one table, and we enjoyed ourselves at the other! It was great! At least, we thought so, I don't know how everyone else felt about us! After eating, we met back at our house and let the kids run wild. I await the day when we can spend new years just the two of us- but it will be a while. Until then, one night of total distruction is do-able, and fun too! We played games, the guys played guitar hero the girls Phase 10 (which took forever, but I WON!!!) and the ball dropped and we all felt bad for Dick Clark. It was a lot of fun! I ended up eating way too much and threw up, but what would New Years be without a little vomit, right? Just like the good old days? (Not any of my old days, but maybe Jons!) One funny story though, I borrowed a Jell-O beans mold from my neighbor Valerie that day and decided to make them for the kids that night. Gage and I went to the store to get the Jell-O and I guarantee the people watching us walk through the store with 22 packages of Jell-O were thinking they wanted to come to my party!

So. This is what's up tonight. I barely have the energy to blog, and this is how well I've attended to my children. They are running around in as little clothing as possible, and I've been dodging darts for the last hour or so- ah- back to normal!

Sounds like fun, except for the whole vomiting part!! Hey why don't you tell those Frews to blog a little bit!! Or at least change the background on their blog.

That's how you have REALLY been losing weight. Your secret is out;} Jell-o beans give jell-o shots a whole new meaning. Have you swallowed one whole? Not a good idea...
