A little break-

When Jon said he wanted to spend the weekend with my parents, I knew there had to be ulterior motives. It's not that he wouldn't want to go, but it's never been his idea. Needless to say, I wasn't surprised when he decided he wanted to go look at some trucks... Since Jon and I have been married, he's wanted a truck of his own. Nothing big or loud, just a smaller truck with a quad cab so we could all be comfortable in it. We don't need it, it wouldn't get used a ton, but he wants it, and he works hard- so whatever. Unfortunately, we didn't find what he was looking for, regardless of all the research he'd done beforehand. I love that he's patient enough to look for just the right thing- I know I'm not.

It wasn't a wasted trip though. I love visiting with my family. My mom and I share the photography bug and we spent some of Sunday taking pictures of the kids. It was work, they weren't wanting to cooperate too much, but we got a few good ones, and once I figure out how to download the ones from photoshop, I'll share those too, but I'm still trying to figure that out... I did get them into the right program, but apparently they are the wrong format...ugh!

***Hey Mom- I did get the ones I took into photoshop, but now I can't get them into the right format to download! I think you need to find a NIKON class and learn that thing up and down!

Well, the pics from the Sony aren't too bad! If I'd have known that we were going to have problems with the Nikon I would have for sure taken a lot more time with them...20/20 hindsight! Don't fret, I am learning but, it takes TIME...something I don't have a lot of these days. I promise that I will get better. I have to. What choice do I have?
