Wishful Thinking

Nice hair huh?We don't go to church till 1:00 on Sundays, so the mornings can get pretty long and boring. Gage filled his time today making a card for Santa. It was pretty cute, he had it folded, taped and had drawn a Christmas tree on the front. He asked for a rip stick (which he won't be getting- Jon and I both know that the initial investment is only a tiny portion of the actual investment, what with all the hospital bills surely to follow) and sealed it up. He was headed up to the mailbox this morning when I caught him and took the pictures. What a funny kid, when I asked him why he put "my name is Gage" on the envelope, he said it was because he forgot to put from Gage on the inside of the card! He makes us smile all the time.

I hope Santa brings Gage something that is on his list. By the way, I love that fisher price nativity. My nativity is up on a high shelf so the kids can't break it. I always feel bad that they don't get to really even see it. Do you know where I can find one like that? I would love to have one for the kids to play with.

Tell Michele if she can't find the Fisher Price one I made a cute one out of blocks and stickers a couple years ago. Totally indestructible. Gage is so cute. I feel like we haven't seen him much for a couple weeks, send him over to play.

Uh-oh, I just realized we have the same background...sorry!! (It took me over an hour to finally make it work so it may take a while for me to change it:) Hey, do you know where they found that cute nativity? We were able to find a little drummer boy set but I've been searching the internet and all over for a cute one like yours! See you in a few-
